I couldn’t agree more. All my time being therapized, meditative & walking the woo-woo’s paying off as I’ve never been happier. But, staying that way takes much maintenance. So treat your underneath like you treat your teeth. Work hard on your soul, keep it fab like those abs. A strong spirit’s the greatest muscle you’ll ever flex. Feel the burn & learn, baby, learn!
