Thanks to Eric, in all his green-garden goodness, I’m back on the Byron Katie train today. Her straight-forward delivery & “turn-it around” tricks make self-improvement both playful & dare I say, fun. Watching this one, I gained greater insight into what I bring unnecessarily to each & every relationship I’m in out there. It ain’t pretty but as per usual, recognizing it’s the first step:
