After a fabulous phone-healing session last night, I’m all love & light over here. Susan & I spent about an hour “downloading” serious soul energy into my heart & opening me up all over. & I mean all over. I’ll spare you the details but some interesting shit sure comes up (& out) from places one wouldn’t immediately imagine.
I would, however, like to share a little something Susan gave me in parting. I sure do dig it when something so simple is equally as amazing.
In each situation you encounter out there, remember the following:
- Show up.
- Pay attention.
- Be honest. And last, but certainly not least,
- Don’t get hung up on the results.
She’s not sure who came up with this one but Susan snagged it from her mother-in-law’s fridge some 20 years ago. “Works every time,” she says. I’ve tried it all day & so far, so great!
